What We Do
Our strategy is to invest in risk-mitigated oil and gas assets with a direct line of sight to cash flow, operated by established energy companies across prolific basins in the United States. Our current focus is on the Williston Basin in North Dakota, the Permian Basin in West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico.
We combine in-house energy expertise and corporate finance with a network of technical consultants in engineering, geophysics, and land management. This integrated approach allows us to evaluate opportunities with precision, deploy capital with confidence, and manage portfolios with institutional discipline. Through our affiliate, Waveland Resources LLC, we structure investment offerings designed for the wealth management community. These private partnerships deliver access to a total return strategy that emphasizes tax-advantaged income, reinvested growth, and targeted asset monetization. Our model prioritizes quarterly cash distributions supported by producing assets, while reinvesting a portion of operating income to enhance long-term value.
